WQ Sewage Submersible Pump
WQ series submersible sewage pump is mainly used for municipal work, industrial building, hotels, hospitals, civil air defense, mines, etc. It can be widely used in transfer waste water, rainwater and living water etc. which contains solid grains and various long fibers.

CONDISTIONS OF USE
1.Themedium temperature should not be over 40℃,the den-sity 1200Kg/m³,and the PH value within 5-9.
2.During running,the pump must notbelower than the lowestliquid level,see"vlowest liquid level"in the drawing ofinstallation dimensions(coveringthe automatic cooling syst-em), means lowest liquidlevel without no automatic coo-lingsystem.
3.Rated voltage 380V,rated frequency 50Hz.The motor canrun successfully only underthe condition the deviations of both rated voltage and frequency are not over 5%.
4.The maximum diameter of the solid grain goingthrough thepump has not to be larger than 50%of that of the pump outlet.

WQ TYPE PUMP INSTALLATION METHOD
1、Auto-coupled installation
The pump is placed down along with the guide rod and automatically connected to the drainage pipeline system.Less cost for mounting and lowering the cost for repair

2.Movable Hard Pipe Installtion
The pump is supported byits foundation,the hard pipe jointis connected to the pipelinesystem.
3.Movable Soft Pipe Installation
The pump is supported by its foundation,the soft pipe jointisconnectedto the outlet rubberpipe,of multiple purposes,easyto be mounted,the pump canbeeasily moved from one sewagewell to another.
4.Fixed Dry Installation
For those pump system able to be subjected to water floodand for connecting to wet/dry well or pipeline.
5.Fixed Wet Installation
The pump is supported by its foundation and fixed on thebottom of a sewage well with the outlet connected to thepipeline, vertically mounted.
