1. Product overview

SYB type filter press sewage pump is made by our company and the fluid machinery Institute of Jiangsu University of Technology combined with the actual conditions of the filter press manufacturers and the use of the site. Carefully designed and developed a new generation of non-leakage filter press pump series, the product is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, rare earth smelting, filter press slurry liquid starch, pharmaceutical, pesticide, dye, paint, paper, electroplating, power, food and other industries.

This series of products adopts unique hydraulic design and two-stage impeller structure to ensure that its performance curve is steeper than the ordinary YLB, UHB, HFTK and other ordinary centrifugal pump transformed into the filter press feed pump, which is more suitable for the special use of the filter press feed.

2. Features of innovative technology

1. Unique sealing device

The use of negative pressure technology and combined sealing device, in the case of increasing pressure and gradually decreasing flow, the sealing component does not bear pressure, especially in the late press period because the pump is under large pressure, its innovative sealing structure design, the shaft seal basically achieves no leakage.

2. Structure design of two-stage impeller

The pump adopts the structure design of double main pump body and double main impeller, which solves the disadvantages of excessive vibration and noise, flat performance curve, narrow impeller channel and poor performance in the initial feeding of single pump and is very suitable for the change of resistance when the filter press is fed to achieve the requirements of large flow and low pressure feeding and small flow and high pressure filtering.

3. Double impeller pump has better wear resistance than single impeller pump

Because the double impeller pump obtains the higher pump outlet pressure at the lower impeller outlet speed, it overcomes the shortcomings of the single impeller pump to increase the impeller linear speed for increasing the pressure, which leads to the aggravation of the wear of the impeller and the pump shell, and effectively improves the life of the flow parts such as the pump.

The product can be made of cast steel, high chromium cast iron, stainless steel and other materials, which can be suitable for different media needs, and the user has a wider range of selection.

5. Adjustable clearance between impeller and pump wall

Unique bearing box design, the user in the regular use of time, due to wear caused by pressure drop, can adjust the impeller and pump wall clearance to continue to ensure the high pressure of the pump, improve the service life of the pump, extend the pump overhaul cycle, to overcome the traditional single impeller filter pump due to wear pressure drop fast, often replace the impeller short service life and other shortcomings.
